I’m going to write a book for you… and give it away for free.

a free ebook for you

Hey friends, I’m going to write a book for you but I need your feedback first!

It will be in ebook format – no strings attached – just a FREE gift from me to you.

Which of these topics would you most like to see in ebook form written by yours truly?

1. Stories related to maternal health and empowering women in developing nations (largely originating from our work in Papua New Guinea).
2. Encouragement for new moms and moms-to-be.
3. Stories and hope related to miscarriage and pregnancy loss.
4. Stories related to motherhood and parenting through the little years.
5. My parenting values and how they shape my mothering.
6. Other – please specify.

These are not titles, just general themes, and the ebook will be a mixture of evergreen and new content in easy-to-read format.

And yes, it will be absolutely FREE. (Cuz I’m nice like that.)

I may or may not have already started writing before it occurred to me that maybe I should see what you actually prefer to read. So… which one most appeals to you? Let’s see if I should continue what I’m already working on, or rethink it and go another direction.

Please let me know in the comments below, or weigh in on twitter or facebook. Appreciate your feedback!

Hi Adriel I would be happy to read anything you write but would love to hear not about number 5 . What are your parenting values and why and what’s important to you in the way your mother your children . How other people parent is alway intereatig to me and I always take somthing from everything I read on mothering so I’m very interested but I’m sure any of the above subjects would be great also !!

#4 and/or #5. I would love to read a little something on how you take your values from thoughts/ideals into actions, on a practical level, with young children. I read these lovely parenting books that seem to only be for grade-school aged kids.

Kel, I struggled to find stuff like that too. I’ve read several parenting books (excellent ones) and have always struggled with how to translate the principles into parenting the littles.

      Thanks for your input.

I think number 2 and 5 mixed in together. Like an Adriel’s version of What to Expect When You’re Expecting.

Haha, well THAT’S not going to happen. (The second part at least.) But my friend wrote two great books that I can recommend – The Pregnancy Companion & the Baby Companion. Check those out! 🙂

Thanks for your feedback Amy – appreciate it! (And that’s the one I’ve already started on so most likely WILL complete first.) By the way, I have another project I’m working on that I think you might like. I will PM you about it. 🙂

My vote goes for #1. I know many young moms would benefit from the other topics though but your posts related to #1 always grab this woman’s heart..

#2, 4, and 5 are right where I’m at in life. In the trenches of ‘little land’. Love your words of wisdom and grateful that you share your heart and life with us 🙂

Adriel, I would love to hear more about all of them. Which is a little vague and not helpful for this topic but I have often hoped and prayed that you would write a book. Whatever it is about, I want it.

    You are awesome.
